Dear Los Ranchitos Cabana Club Members,
First of all, THANK YOU ALL for being so patient, understanding and supportive during the extensive remodel. The pool and club are going to look amazing!
As you may know, we completely leveled the building and removed the entire pool. The old pool and building were 56 years old and required too much repair work to save. The pool was developing leaks and need to be widened to accommodate swim team and the needs of our community.
With the complete rebuild almost complete, we’re down to the final items needed to open. But these final items are very important and must pass inspections from the SCC Health Board and City of Campbell.
We are currently pouring the concrete decking and scheduled to landscape, get the plumbing and bathrooms finished, install the fences and gates, plaster and then fill the pool with water. There is a 10-day wait time after filling the pool in order for the chemicals to stabilize and make the water safe. After the ten days waiting period the Health Inspection will take place.
We were hoping to open in May but the new Opening Date is June 9th. We are planning to extend the season as long as the weather permits so we all can enjoy our new club as long as possible!
