2011 LRCC Open House and Registration day - April 2!

2011 LRCC Opening day is April 9!

LRCC Membership is open to Los Ranchitos Garden Housing Tract residents and their sponsored or recommended guests. Check out the fee schedule below.

There are 3 ways to sign up:

1) Print out the application form. After completing the form (with legible printing please), mail it along with your check to the address at the bottom of the form.

2) Send an e-mail message to the Membership Director.

3) You can call the Club's voice mail phone system (364-1022) and leave a brief message.

If calling or emailing, identify your interest in membership and leave your name, phone number and best time to reach you.

Phone messages are checked occasionally. (email or snail mail are the most reliable method of contact.)

In any case, you will receive a confirmation call or email from the Membership Director with the latest information about membership (or your application).

Membership gives your household unlimited electronic key access (2 keys max) to our facility during normal hours. (7:00 AM to 10:00 PM)

2011 Fees

Membership type	Description	Yearly Fee
Senior	First time applicants and renewing members with up to two persons in your household. At least one of the applicants must be over the age of 62 by the opening day of the season.	$320.00
Returning	Returning members from the previous year's season. Renewing households to be confirmed against the previous year's Membership Database.	$500.00
New or Lapsed	First time applicants & renewing members from years prior to the previous season. (Lapsed members who live within the Los Ranchitos subdivision may join at the "Returning" rate)	$550.00
Achievement	Special Achievement Memberships are assigned by the LRCC By-Laws and Officers.
Discount	Members returning prior to (or at) the annual meeting are entitled to a discount.	($25.00)
Deposit	Refundable key deposit. (per key)	$10.00

Keys may be kept from one year to the next and are only activated when payment is made for the current season.
