The Sharks have had a successful recreational swim program at Los Ranchitos Cabana Club for over 25 years. The aim of the Swim Team is to create a recreational, summer swim team environment that promotes good sportsmanship while developing competitive swim techniques for about 135 swimmers from ages 5-18 years.
Our trained, certified, experienced coaches are dedicated to making swimming fun, while building endurance and skills. The coaches’ philosophy is to develop confidence in swimming techniques while building stamina through “fun, friends, and fundamentals.”
The Sharks Team brings families together for a summer of community connections as parents cheer for the athletes while contributing to the team’s success through a variety of volunteer opportunities. The team is a member of Valley Aquatic League along with three other local area swim teams including:
- Los Gatos Swim & Racket Club Aquatics (Stingrays)
- Encore (Dolphins)
- Westgate (Gators)
